FN271D Fur Imitation Carding Machine
Ⅰ. APPLICATION:
The machine utilizes the diversity of surface linear speed, wire needle direction and rotation direction among Cylinder, working roller, stripping roller and Doffer to mix, open and card the fur imitation materials (man-made fiber) into slivers of certain weight, and then coil them into sliver cans regularly for fur imitation looms or other processes.

Ⅲ. STRUCTURE FEATURES
1.The feeder is equipped with permanent magnet and photoelectric switch for controlling the height of materials in volumetric boxes.
2. The feeding part is equipped with one pair of metallic & hard matter detecting rollers.
3. There are total 6 carding points for the carding machine, and the framework is designed to be integrated type so as to reinforce the stability of machines. Adopt the step roll structure for the delivery rollers.
4. Adopt 3-position high-speed auto-can changer coiler.
5. Adopt PLC and PLC touch screen controlling for the whole machine to effect technology setting, parameter displaying and broken slivers auto-stop, etc..
